Yes. Your photos and video tell us volume, access, and heavy items. We review them and send a written fixed-price proposal — the number you sign is the number you pay, except for add-ons you approve first (for example hazardous disposal or a street-placement fee billed at posted cost).

Licensed crew labor, loading, hauling, donation routing where items are usable, disposal, and a broom-swept finish with completion photos. Exact rooms and scope are confirmed on your proposal from the media you send.

Do I need to be present?

No. A key, lockbox code, or neighbor works — your call. Mark keep items with tape or a short note, and the crew follows the walkthrough notes from your photos.

What happens to donated items?

Usable items are sorted donation-first before landfill is considered. When available, charity receipts are provided to you after the job.

Can you coordinate with an executor, realtor or property manager?

Yes. We regularly work with estate representatives, listing agents, and property teams. One point of contact, written scope, and completion photos for the file.

Do you handle heavily filled properties?

Yes — including packed basements, garages, storage units, and estate-level clearances. Scope and crew size are sized from your photos so the price stays fixed.

Can you assist with dumpsters or street placement?

Yes. Driveway or private-property placement typically needs no right-of-way permit. Where street placement is required (for example DC or Maryland public right-of-way), we can coordinate filing; applicable fees pass through at cost with the receipt when applicable.

How quickly can the property be cleared?

Most cleanouts schedule within the week. Priority windows are often available within 72 hours, subject to live crew capacity when you accept the proposal.
